About Holtz & Bernard, by Chris Holtzhauer.
Holtz & Bernard is an attorney placement boutique based in Miami.
We work with Am Law firms and premier boutiques on one side, and elite attorneys on the other.
The job is to stay informed, make the right introductions and make placements when the fit is mutual.
I founded the agency in 2019 after over 17 years of recruiting in Miami. At the time of writing this, we’ve placed 83 attorneys and have agreements with more than 100 law firms.
Our mission is to be the most valuable career contact an attorney or law firm has in Florida.
If you’re an attorney, you probably care most about discretion, information, connections and integrity.
If you’re a firm, you probably care most about professionalism, accuracy, speed and ethics.
Those are our values.
