Since 2019 we've placed 83+ attorneys and work with 100+ law firms, from Am Law 100 and 200 firms to respected boutiques.
If you're an attorney
Call, text or fill out the form. We'll talk about where you are, what you want, and what I'm seeing in the market: compensation, firms that are hiring, and opportunities that never get posted.
Nothing goes anywhere without your permission. Your firm will never know we talked, and there's no fee to you, ever. The hiring firm pays.
If you're a law firm
Tell me who you need: practice area, seniority, market, and what will make someone successful at your firm. I don't post your opening. I go find the attorneys who fit, including the ones doing well where they are and not looking.
We handle contingency and retained searches for mid-level associates through partners.
What to expect
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.
- Where we work: based in Miami, with a strong presence across South Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach) and searches nationwide.
- Ethics: member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC).
